Community Amenity
Master-planned communities offer a massive array of amenities, all within walking distance from your home. Different from regular housing development, the planning of a community benefits from an integrated design, offering all the functionality and amenities new homebuyers are seeking.

The main draw for these communities is the abundance of amenities that allow residents to embrace active lifestyles without straying too far from home. Amenities are highly influential in motivating a homebuyer’s decision about where they ultimately choose to live and also contribute to the overall level of satisfaction among current homeowners. In addition to the traditional recreational needs of residents such as pickleball, tennis, pools/clubhouses, and exercise facilities, builders are seeing intense interest in providing for dog-friendly communities. To meet this need, most new communities now make accommodations for dogs by introducing dog parks or fenced in open space to enable off-leash exercise. Dog parks actually don’t provide your dog with the kind of enriching mental and emotional stimulation that dogs need. While they do offer a lot of potential perks, they can also present several hazards for dogs and owners.

Skip School however takes a different approach with a creative, more structured exercise facility that encourages dogs to freely run without interacting with other dogs. A custom-designed Skip School facility can easily integrate within the recreational framework of a new community. By allowing dog owners to follow their dogs as the dogs navigate through a network of activities, this provides a wonderful exercise opportunity for both dog and owner.
